

Tutorial: Creating signature files for Outlook
STEP 1
Open your email version of the newsletter in the browser:
- click View / Page source or Ctrl+U (Windows)
STEP 2
With the new browser's window open:
- click Edit / Select all or Ctrl+A and
- Edit / Copy or Ctrl+C
STEP 3
Now the content of your newsletter has been copied to the clipboard
STEP 4
To create your signature files you can use a Notepad (.txt and .htm) and Microsoft Word (.rtf)
- open a Notepad
- click Edit / Paste or Ctrl+V and save as a newsletter.txt to the Windows Desktop

- and again save a newsletter.htm to the Windows Desktop

STEP 5
- Open Microsoft Word
- click Edit / Paste or Ctrl+V and save as a newsletter.rtf to the Windows Desktop
Now you have all three files (newsletter.txt, newsletter.htm and newsletter.rtf) ready to copy/paste into Microsoft Outlook signature folder.
